I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Chong Ka Lung, and I was very satisfied with the overall experience. From registration to consultation, everything went smoothly. Dr. Chong was friendly, patient, and professional, taking the time to explain each step of the eye examination clearly. He listened carefully to my concerns and explained my test results in simple terms, which made me feel comfortable and informed. The clinic staff were also courteous and efficient, ensuring that the waiting time was minimal. The facilities were clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern eye-testing machines. I appreciated that Dr. Chong did not rush through the consultation and made sure I fully understood the treatment options before proceeding. I sent my father to Sena Specialist Hospital Segamat for cataract surgery. I must say I was quite impressed with their level of service, professionalism and hygiene standards. First of all, the interior design of this hospital is on par with many international standard hospitals that I have visited. The look and feel make the patient and caregiver feel comfortable. The toilet was clean and conducive for use by wheelchair-bound and elderly patients. My father was attended to by Dr Chong Ka Lung who performed the cataract surgery. I appreciate his professionalism in attending to my advanced age dad. His explanation was simple and he answered my queries attentively. I was also pleased with the level of service provided by the Ophthalmology Clinic nurses. From my conversation and interactions with them, the staff display commendable level of care, compassion and empathy. I was most impressed when their customer service staff sent my father on a wheelchair to our car. This is a noble act of pure compassion and high standard of customer service.
