Dr. Norazila Binti Naiem is an experienced Consultant Physician in Internal Medicine with over 15 years of dedicated service across both public and private healthcare institutions in Malaysia. She earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2008 under a full JPA scholarship and later completed her Master’s in Internal Medicine at Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM). In 2017, she was officially gazetted as a specialist by the Ministry of Health Malaysia.

Her career spans notable postings at Hospital Sultanah Nur Zahirah (HSNZ) in Kuala Terengganu and Hospital Miri in Sarawak. She is currently serving as a Consultant Physician at Sena Specialist Hospital Segamat. Alongside clinical practice, Dr. Norazila has played an active role in organizing and speaking at various national-level medical workshops, courses, and rural outreach health programs—especially in the underserved areas of Sarawak.

Dr. Norazila is widely recognized for her holistic, patient-centred approach and her commitment to providing evidence-based medical care. Her core clinical interests include endocrinology with a focus on diabetes care, and nephrology. She is also passionate about improving health literacy among patients and advocating for early detection and chronic disease prevention.
