Dr. Mohammad Alif Bin Yunus is a highly accomplished general surgeon with a strong foundation in clinical surgery, academicexcellence, and public health. With more than a decade of hands- on experience in the Malaysian healthcare system, he has built a reputation for providing skilled, compassionate, and evidence-based surgical care to patients across various public hospitals.

He graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) in 2011. Driven by a passion for surgical care, he pursued his Master of Medicine in General Surgery (MMed Surg), which he completed at USM in 2020. In his continued effort to broaden his knowledge and impact, he later earned a Master of Public Health from the Royal College of Medicine Perak, reflecting his interest in improving both individual and community health outcomes.

Dr. Alif is fully registered under the National Specialist Register (NSR) for General Surgery and is actively involved in national-level research, audits, and collaborative studies. Throughout his career as a general surgeon, he has served in various clinical and leadership roles at major government hospitals including Hospital Melaka, Hospital Jasin, Hospital Tuanku Ampuan Najihah and Hospital Tuanku Ja’afar Seremban.

 Currently, he practices as a General Surgeon at Sena Specialist Hospital Segamat. In this role, he manages a wide spectrum of general surgical conditions and emergencies, while also mentoring junior doctors and contributing to clinical improvements. His blend of surgical skill, academic involvement, and public health insight positions him as a valuable asset to Malaysia’s healthcare system.
