Job Description

Clinical

  • To assist Consultants in managing patients in the ward
  • To ensure medical needs of patients are address timely and accordingly
  • To supervise nursing staff and therapist in medical related issues
  • To be in charge of patient education program for medical matters
  • To ensure all medical documentation are up to date
  • To review patients in other hospitals prior to transfer to ReGen

Marketing

  • To be involved in marketing activities organized by RRI
  • To help promote Inpatient Rehabilitation Program 
  • To have good and sustainable networking and with other medical officers in other public and private hospitals.
  • To assist in educational and promotional materials for social media

Research and Audit

  • To keep relevant quality data for audit and monthly review
  • To engage in research when advise by Consultants
  • To keep up with EBM and ensure all clinical Management are according to recent clinical guidelines
  • Problem solves service issues with tact and resourcefulness.
  • Ensures adherence to professional and legal standards.
  • Identifies the opportunity for new clinical programs based on community needs and participates in the development of new clinical programs as requested.

Quality Assurance Program

  • Responsible in achieving, monitoring and reporting quality indicators and KPI
  • Responsible for participating in quality auditing programs and accreditations as assigned.

Training

  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
  • Actively pursues opportunities to learn about rehabilitation related diagnoses, services and technology both within ReGen and externally. 

Service Delivery

  • Displays exemplary patient/customer service and thereby retains accounts and referral sources. 
  • Serves as an advocate and educates hospitals and communities on rehabilitation. 
Job Description
  • Gather all patient data of new patients: Full medical history, past disease, past treatments, current symptoms, current diagnosis, medications, nutrition supplements, diet habits, lifestyle habits, others.
  • Renders professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit of the hospital in support of medical care, as directed by the Nursing Manager and pursuant to the objectives and policies of the hospital.
  • Provides direct, professional nursing care to a specified population of patients in an inpatient or an outpatient setting according to area of specialty.
  • Prepares equipment and assists consultant / MO during examinations and treatments.
  • Performs evaluation of new and existing patients to determine priority and suitability of treatment and/or need for modifications.
  • Competent in assisting consultant / MO in examination of patients and other procedure as required for patient.
  • Competent in nursing procedures of administration of medication (oral & injection), blood transfusion, intravenous cannulation, administration of intravenous fluid, insertion of nasogastric tube and urinary catheterization in accordance to hospital SOP.
  • Orders, administers and maintains records of dangerous drugs and psychotropic medications.
  • Committed to provide evidence-based nursing care to patients to ensure safe and effective care.
  • Performs fall risk assessment, close observation, activate EWS OR CODE BLUE as needed to protect patient.
  • Coordinates ward activity with ancillary services e.g. maintenance, housekeeping, dietary departments for needed services.
  • Performs admission, transfer and discharge procedure proficiently.
  • Practice high standard in infection control precaution.
  • Administers prescribed medications, applies sterile dressings, performs phlebotomy, naso gastric feeding and monitors vital signs.
  • Work with medical devices and apparatus with safe and ideal way related to each area of specialty, manage the alarms, detect any early harm
  • Perform specialized nursing procedures related to the unique needs of a particular patient population.
  • Follow-up with patients on appointment dates
  • Maintains confidentiality of patient records.
  • Ensure that patients receive quality, compassionate, and ethical care.
  • Provide patient and family education, counselling, and support
  • Evaluates patients; compliance with treatment plans and evaluates and reports test results. Analytical nursing skills are required to interpret changes in a patient’s condition.
  • Ensure adherence to standards of care, policies, and procedures.
  • Performs nursing duties in accordance with facility policies and procedures and the rules and regulations within the hospital policies.
  • Performs nursing support duties, such as assisting with treatments and procedures, in addition to other related duties as assigned
 
Requirements

Education:

  • Diploma or Degree in Nursing.

Knowledge and Experiences:

  • 1-5 years of proven experience in nursing
  • Post basic certification is an advantage.

Job Description

The Marketing Executive play a key role in promoting the hospital’s services, building brand awareness, and attracting new patients. The position involves developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and initiatives to support the hospital’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be skilled in event planning, network building, content creation, and community outreach, with a focus on healthcare and patient engagement.

Job Responsibilities

  1. Marketing Strategy & Planning:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the hospital’s marketing and communication strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, patient needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Work with the marketing team and hospital operation team to create a comprehensive annual marketing plan including the budget, aligned with hospital goals and objectives.
  • Promote key hospital services, specialities and physician profiles through various marketing channels.
  • Ensure all marketing materials and activities are consistent with the hospital’s brand guidelines.

 

  1. Digital Marketing
  • Assisting and supporting the Marketing Manager in digital marketing planning and execution.
  • Executes all web, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Designs, builds, and maintains the social media presence of the hospital by posting regular content to engage with community and promote hospital services.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI/KPIs).
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters and patient communications.
  • Prepare content write-up and work with internal team to proofread and edit content produced by teammates or agencies, including conceptualizing the projects upfront and copy-editing prior to any publishing.

  1. Event Coordination and Execution
  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns and events planned by the Marketing Department, such as health fairs, seminars, and community outreach programs to promote the hospital’s services.
  • Organise and implement campaigns to drive awareness around hospital events, health initiatives, and wellness programs.
  • Ensure events are effectively promoted to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and medical staff to gather accurate and relevant content about new services, treatments or medical achievements.
  • Build relationships with local businesses, organisations, and community groups to enhance the hospital’s visibility and reputation.

  1. Patient Engagement
    • Implement patient engagement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Assisting and supporting the Marketing Manager in creating content that educates and informs patients about the hospital’s services and healthcare topics.
    • Implement marketing plans in relation to the development and distribution of patient newsletters, brochures, and other communications.
    • Liaising with relevant third parties and authorities during the development and implementation stage.

  1. Liaising with various internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to, relevant departments within the company, customers, vendors / suppliers, etc.

  2. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Company/Management/Board/Reporting Superior.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related discipline
  • Previous experience in marketing, preferably in the healthcare will be an added advantage. 
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of healthcare trends, patient needs, and community engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of using video and picture editing software such as Adobe, Canva is an added advantage
Job Description

Procurement executive performs various functions to ensure the smooth purchase and acquisition of goods and services needed by a company. The tasks assigned include, but not limited to, sourcing new suppliers, contract negotiations, and streamlining the procurement process to ensure smooth business operation.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Strengthening and implementing the procurement process for the healthcare division.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as suppliers, vendors, government authorities and various departments within the healthcare division.
  • Creating and updating vendor and supplier databases.
  • Develop and recommend specific sourcing scenarios on the basis of spend analysis findings, extensive knowledge of the relevant supply markets and consolidated business requirements.
  • Assess and measure potential risks’ exposures (supply, financial, image/reputation) and establish contingency plans to prevent and/or mitigate their impacts accordingly to risk management strategies defined by Procurement functions.
  • To source and on-board potential new suppliers where required, and to follow correct procedures and documentation when engaging suppliers
  • Negotiates and reviews long-term contracts with suppliers to ensure optimum cost and reliable supply.
  • Ensure that all assigned supplier contracts are up to date and electronic and paper copies are stored appropriately.
  • Monitor the compliance aspect with the company’s procurement principles & practices from internal and external stakeholders within the healthcare division.
  • Support Procurement Manager in all procurement tasks, including but not limited to, determine price forecasts for budget cycles, ensuring deadlines, ensuring quality of goods, aligning purchasing activities with government standards and regulations.
  • Any other duties commensurate with accountabilities of the post.
