Dr. Liau Swee Min is a highly respected Rheumatologist and Internal Medicine Physician with over 16 years of experience in her field. She served in numerous leading public hospitals namely Hospital Tuanku Jaafar Seremban, Hospital Melaka and Hospital Pakar Sultanah Fatimah where she also catered for Rheumatology consultation in Hospital Segamat and Hospital Sultanah Nora Ismail in Batu Pahat.

Dr. Liau graduated with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), obtained her Membership of the Royal Colleges of Physicians (UK) and later awarded Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh. She completed her Rheumatology Fellowship in Malaysia and is a Certified Clinical Densitometrist, reflecting her commitment to excellence in bone and joint care. Her training also includes musculoskeletal ultrasound and perineural injection therapy.

Renowned for her patient-centered approach and clinical leadership, Dr. Liau has played a pivotal role in expanding and strengthening rheumatology services in Southern Malaysia. She actively manages complex autoimmune and inflammatory conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, psoriatic arthritis, scleroderma, vasculitis, and gout. Her expertise also extends to the diagnosis and management of osteoporosis and musculoskeletal pain syndromes.
