Dr. Siti Sainira Saidin is a compassionate and accomplished anesthesiologist specializing in critical care and perioperative management, with over seven years of dedicated experience. She began her medical journey at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), where she earned her Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. She later pursued a Master of Medicine in Anesthesiology and Critical Care at UKM, solidifying her expertise in managing complex surgical and
critical care cases. She is an expert in various cases from trauma to cancer case surgery to management of terminally ill patient such end-of-life care for cancer patient.

Dr Sainira is also an expert specialist in pain management, from musculoskeletal pain to migraine and back pain management. She is practicing pain intervention and a holistic multidisciplinary approach in her management. 

Throughout her career, Dr. Siti has served in various prominent healthcare institutions, including Hospital Kuala Lumpur, where she played a vital role in delivering anesthesia and intensive care services during the COVID-19 pandemic. She has also contributed significantly as a Consultant Anesthesiologist at Avisena Specialist Hospital and Avisena Women & Children Hospital, managing a diverse range of surgical cases, from pediatric to geriatric patients.

Dr. Siti is recognized for her proficiency in innovative techniques such as Target Controlled Infusion (TCI) anesthesia and Enhanced Recovery After Anesthesia (ERAS), which optimize patient outcomes and reduce hospital stays. Her expertise extends to regional anesthesia, including fascial plane blocks, and the use of ultrasound-guided procedures for critical care management.
